When you schedule your first appointment, you will receive an email link and unique PIN to access your client portal.  The Client Portal is an easy and secure way for you to access intake forms, questionnaires, and other documents.  The portal will also allow you to view and download statements, Superbills, and invoices as well as make payments by credit card.
