"Until you believe you have options, you’ll continue to feel stuck."

Individual Therapy
Different stressors or events in our lives can leave us feeling stuck, anxious, or depressed, interfering with school, work and our relationships. If you (or your child/teen) are feeling lost, trapped, or alone it’s time to find some relief. The good news is that positive change is possible! At times, psychotherapy may also integrate group or family therapy (this is based on the client's specific needs and goals) into treatment because of the level of validation, empathy, and support and empathy that one experiences. Including one’s support system in therapy will often allow the individual to sustain the improvements made while in therapy.
